Try-On at Delivery

Customers may try on their items at the time of delivery while the courier is present.

If the item does not fit or is not suitable, it may be returned immediately to the courier.

 

No Returns After Acceptance

Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted.

MONTE does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after delivery has been completed.

 

Conditions

  • Items must remain in original condition.

  • All tags must be attached.

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items cannot be accepted.
